Congratulations to Suraya for being a winner in the Shaun Bailey MP, annual Christmas Card Challenge.
Her design was chosen as one of the winning entries and she received a full goody bag and a fabulous personalised and framed certificate from Shaun, last week.
Thanks to everyone who entered and for Shaun to find the time to pop back into Oakham with Suraya's prize.

We have created a handy guide to all of the Christmas events over the next two weeks:
Sadly, some children may not receive a gift this Christmas. In Sandwell we are supporting Santa's Black Country Toy Appeal https://bc-santa.co.uk/
If you can afford to donate a gift, the charity is asking for NEW and unwrapped gifts.
Donations of new items can be made at any of Sandwell's 19 libraries during opening hours, until Friday 9 December. Gifts will then be collected by the charity, wrapped up and distributed to families.
More details on what to donate and locations of drop-off points.
Refer a child to receive a gift
The charity will accept referrals from schools, children centres, social workers, family nurses, statutory services and voluntary, community, and faith sector groups, who support children and families who may be struggling. Recipients may be aged between 0 and 16 years only.
Please get in touch to refer children for a present by emailing santabctoyappeal@gmail.com

Today is the last day that you can apply online to receive a fantastic Christmas hamper available to anybody who lives, works, volunteers or have children attending a school within the GM2LF Postcode area and receives benefits.
Please note hampers are collection only and people must be available on 23rd December at the stated time to collect. Please see the poster below for more information.
