  • NEW Online Payment System

    Tue 25 Aug 2020

As you are aware, we are changing school meal provider from 1st September 2020 to SIPS Catering.

As part of this transition you will need to activate a ParentPay account prior to this date to enable you to book and pay for school meals. All meals, including those which are not chargeable must be booked through this system.

We will also be using the ParentPay system to manage our wrap around care provision (Squirrels). Bookings and payments will need to be made through the system from Monday 7th September 2020. Please note, sessions cannot be booked without payment being made. Families who pay via childcare vouchers for Squirrels will need a credit on their account to be able to book sessions. Please contact Jess Clarke directly in the school office to discuss this further.

Nursery fees will also be collected via ParentPay.

Outstanding credit balances for school trips and Squirrels have been added to your child’s account, while any outstanding debts will be contacted directly to confirm repayment arrangements. Any dinner money credit should be claimed directly from Dolce Catering.

Please note, we will no longer be accepting any cash or cheque payments within school from Monday 28th September 2020.

Account activation details will be sent out via email week commencing 31st August 2020.

Please click to see the attached letter and video which gives you more information regarding the ParentPay system.
