Autumn Parents & Carers Evening & Personal Progress Postcards

Due to the ongoing social distancing guidance and Lockdown restrictions, we will not be able to run our normal Parents and Carers Evenings or Key Worker meeting for Early Years & Foundation Stage.

Obviously, it is important to update you on how children are making progress in their new classes so we have developed Virtual Personal Progress Postcards (PPP).

These will give you feedback on your child’s ‘Personal attitude to Learning’ and ‘Personal Standard of School Work and Learning Tasks.’ These are traffic light colour coded and also include personalised comments reflecting on how your child has settled in to their new class.

In addition to this the PPPs, also have individual targets for the next half term and a colour photograph of a piece of work that reflects your child’s learning. EYFS children will also have their own version of the PPP but will reflect the ‘Early Years Areas of Learning and Development’ framework, alongside a photograph of a learning activity and a copy of a key worker observation.

The PPP’s are being distributed later this week and after the weekend via email as PDF copies. If your email address has been changed since the summer reports were circulated, please contact the school office.

Next week we will circulate a Google form to enable feedback on the PPPs and pass on your comments to class teachers.
