Day 2...

Year 2 woke up bright and early after a successful first night at Edgmond Hall! We are incredibly proud of all the children for how well they settled at bedtime and slept through the night.
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we headed off for our morning activities. Some of us went pond dipping, where we explored the pond and identified a variety of fascinating creatures. A few children were particularly brave and even had the opportunity to hold newts!
Next, it was time to meet some of Edgmond Hall's other residents – the animals. We made sure they had their breakfast too by feeding Tinsel and Holly, the pygmy goats, as well as the chickens and rabbits.
We are having a fantastic time so far and are now looking forward to enjoying our lunch. We'll check in again before the end of the day with more updates from our adventures.
We hope you're all enjoying the sunshine and not missing us too much! We're sure it's very quiet back at home... 😊☀️
